I have spent both my formative years and adult life buried deep in the world of music and sound. From my first 4-track recordings to leading full sessions in prominent studios, I have fine tuned my ears as a mixer and expanded my palette as a composer. Creating hyper-realistic foley tracks for film and experimental music that incorporates the sounds of nature and synthetic noise, my work goes far beyond simple song structure into expressive textures and layers of sound.

 

After receiving my BMA in Theory & Composition from Illinois State University, I studied composition  under Harold Whitaker.  My compositions have been featured on HBO, FOX and The Discovery Channel and I have been commissioned to create original music for documentaries and commercials.  My sound design, original sweeps and audio editing at AccuRadio led directly to work with Sears, Bally’s Fitness, Tractor Supply Company and many others.
